Group Meditation in the Flathead Valley

We will be beginning a group meditation series at the Church of the Shining Mountains, on Thursday evenings from 6-7 pm. This opportunity to meditate with others exploring the yogic path of enlightenment is open all mediators from all traditions.  No previous meditation experience is required. Ananda Seva Group meditations are free of charge. However donations are gratefully accepted to cover room rental costs.  

Shining Mountains is located at 475 8th Ave East North in Kalispell.

To assist in bringing about the balance, we are offering an opportunity to take a pause in the rush and scurry of activity in the holidays, to journey inside to find our own source of sacred joy and bring that out to share with the world this Holiday season.

Children and friends are welcome.  This is an open event and it is our intention to accommodate any and all who come from diverse belief systems and diverse practices to take a quiet morning to enjoy spiritual companionship together and make new friends and connections. This is a great opportunity for those who have not meditated before either alone or in a group and for those who are maintaining a practice you will find the sense of spiritual community a great boost to your individual practice.
