Group Meditation in Flathead Valley! There will  be a Yoga Meditation Group in Kalispell on Thursday Evenings from 6-7 pm at The Church of the Shining Mountains, beginning in December 2011. Please see out Group Meditation Page for dates and details.

  We offer individual meditation instruction, at no charge, in Kalispell, Bigfork and Whitefish in the Flathead Valley of Northwest Montana. We also have the Sanctuary Retreat Center and provide opportunities for group meditation, retreats, workshops and special events.
